Roasted fresh milk tea
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
Milk: 500ml
Sugar: 25ml
Water: a little bit
Tea bag of your choice: 3 bags
1. Put sugar and a little bit of water into a small pot.
2. Caramelize the sugar until golden brown.
3. Pour milk into the pot with caramelized sugar and mix well.
4. Cook until milk begin to simmer.
5. Put 3 tea bags into the pot and squeeze them using a whisk
6. Cook for 2 more minutes and enjoy!
