Christmas Wreath Green Tea Cookie

Original Recipe

Ingredients:

Cake flour: 90g

Butter: 80g

Powdered sugar: 45g

Egg white: 20g

Matcha powder: 4g

Vanilla essence: few drops

White chocolate:

Chopped nuts of your choice

(I used pistachio, walnut, & cranberry)

1. Mix butter(room temperature), powdered sugar, egg white, vanilla essence, cake flour, and matcha powder together to form a cookie dough.

(Beat in the ingredients one at a time)

2. Pipe the dough onto the baking sheet with a flower tip to form a wreath shape.

3. Bake for 10~12 minutes in 150℃/302℉ oven.

4. Melt white chocolate over hot water, dip each cookie into the chocolate and decorate with chopped nuts.
